Terms of Service

By accessing or using CuratorLink ("the platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

You must be at least 16 years old to use CuratorLink. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Users under 18 should ensure they have parental or guardian consent where required by applicable law.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate and truthful information when creating your profile
• You may not impersonate another person or creator
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

CuratorLink has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Objectionable content is automatically filtered, and any content or behaviour that violates this policy is removed from the platform. There is no place on CuratorLink for harassment, hate speech, explicit material, or abuse of any kind.

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent follower/engagement statistics
• Harass, spam, or abuse other users
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems
• Scrape or copy platform data without permission
• Post content that is defamatory, discriminatory, or harmful

You can report any post from its "⋯" menu, and block abusive users — blocking instantly removes that user's content from your feed and notifies our team. We act on every report within 24 hours: the reported content is removed and the user who provided it is ejected from the platform. Users must accept these terms before participating in the community.

You retain ownership of content you post on CuratorLink. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content on the platform. You are solely responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe third-party rights.

• Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at $9/month via Stripe
• You may cancel at any time; your Pro access continues until the end of the billing period
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice
• Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods unless required by law

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. If you post objectionable content or abuse other users, we will remove the content and eject you from the platform within 24 hours of a validated report. You may delete your account at any time from your Profile page.

CuratorLink is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email.
